Blackberry unlocking instructions

ORIGINAL: We mean use the simcard that was originally given to you by your network/service provider.

• Switch ON your Blackberry 8900 mobile phone with ORIGINAL simcard.
• Using the menu go to Settings Menu -> SIM card and press select.
• While holding the SHIFT key, type mepd.

(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mepd)

• You should now see the five locking categories listed.
• While holding the SHIFT KEY, type mep2.

(NOTE: You may not see any text appear on the screen while typing mep2).
Release the shift key.

• You will now be prompted to enter the Network MEP code. (it will also state how many attempts left)
• Enter the Unlock Code.
• Enter Return/Enter.
• The Blackberry 8900 mobile phone should then be unlocked.
