MobilePhoneUnlockers.com guarantees the services we provide and it is very unlikely that our services will fail to unlock your phone. If we can not supply an unlock code we will refund in full 100% of payment made.
If we are unable to unlock your phone, we will request confirmation that the information provided at the time of the order is correct and accurate. If the information is correct we will require video proof that code has failed to work before we can refund. You are fully responsible for providing the correct IMEI number for your phone. If you provide the wrong IMEI number it will result in us generating a wrong unlock code for your phone, and we can not refund you.
Order cancellations will only be considered if the order has not been processed. Once an order is placed we do not guarantee you can cancel it.
A refund will not be given for the following reasons;
- If the phone is blocked or barred from any network.
- If someone has attempted to unlock your phone before and hard locked it; if it has been tampered with.
- If the IMEI number, service provider or phone model provided by the customer is incorrect.
Unlock codes that are supplied by MobilePhoneUnlockers.com are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
We do not refund if you fail to unlock your phone and the service is not at fault. We will refund if it can be proven in person that the service provided is at fault.
