1. Our End User Agreement

THE END USER AGREEMENT IS SET OUT BELOW. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE READ THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING IT. BY CLICKING ON THE BOX YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF SERVICES, END USER AGREEMENT AND END USER SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY AND COMPLY WITH ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND NOTICES CONTAINED IN OR REFERENCED BY THESE AGREEMENTS, AND THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO DO SO. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE AGREEMENTS, DO NOT PROCEED ANY FURTHER.

1. Information about Our Services or any related product We offer, can not be forwarded unless We authorize you to do so.
2. All brand names, mobile phone names and logos, eg nokia, blackberry, apple, etc are linked to the respective brands owners, and we are not connected with them, in anyway whatsoever . The names have only been used for illustration or educational purposes only.
3. All prices, services, and delivery times dispayed on Our website are provided by our suppliers and are subject to change or delay and therefore, in the event of a delay or change, whatsoever, We will not be held liable.
4. We cannot guarantee 100% that your phone will be unlocked using our services if your phone is blocked or barred or if the unlock has been tried before and the counter is locked or blocked, as the supplied code will not work. We don't offer refunds in such cases as Our suppliers have been paid accordingly. So please make sure before you buy our services to network unlock that your handset is not barred or blocked. If you are not sure of what to look for you can contact us before placing an order and we will be more than happy to assist.
5. We take our unlocking work very seriously, if in any part we find that any content of our work is being used strict legal measures will be taken against such brearch.

2. Acceptance of Terms

You consent to the use of our electronic agreement to govern Your use of Our services and You expressingly consent to receiving all notices hereunder in electronic form, provided however this consent may be withdrawn at any time by contacting Our Team (though, in some situations, We may have no other means of providing notices to You, so termination of Your account may result from a request from You not to receive notices in electronic form). The parties expressingly agree that all performance under this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be conducted in the English language. If a translation of this Agreement into any other language is required by law, the English version will prevail to the extent that there is any conflict or discrepancy in meaning between the English version and any translation thereof We should not be held liable in any case whatsoever.

All Third Party Services offered for use with Our services are provided to You through third party service provider(s) and shall be subject to Your agreement with such third party service provider(s). EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN YOUR JURISDICTION, We SHALL NOT BE LIABILITY WHATSOEVER TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM BY OR THROUGH YOU, FOR ANY ISSUE RELATING TO THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES, LINKED SITES, OTHER SITES OR THIRD PARTY INFORMATION, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF SUCH THIRD PARTY SERVICES OR THE CONTINUED INTEROPERABILITY OF THE THIRD PARTY SERVICES.

Any dealings with third parties conducted through us, the Third Party Services, Linked Sites or Other Sites, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and the third party. We shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings. If you disagree in any content here, you should leave this web site immediately.

Other Terms and Conditions

Payment

We accept payment via the following methods: Moneybookers, Credit and Debit Card payments, Digital Wallet payments, Bank Transfers, Bank Deposits, and Western Union transfers. We do not accept Paypal.

If we have received payment and have not been able to process your order within 60 business days we will contact you regarding cancelling the order and about starting refund process.

Credit and Debit Card Fraud

We take credit and debit card fraud very seriously. So for the protection of all Moneybookers account holders and ourselves, all orders may be held for manual review and We may require proof of your address and photo ID before we process any unlocking services. If neccessary, a representative will phone or email you to verify the order. If ID data is not provided or We are unable to contact you within a reasonable period of time, the order will be canceled and your payment will put on hold until contact is made, or until a refund is issued. We do this to deter online scammers. This manual review will delay delivery of an order, and as such We reserve the right to cancel an order before it is delivered.
